We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays where reasonably possible.
Shipping Locations
Court Collective currently ships throughout South Africa.
At this time, international shipping is not offered unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Major South African centres: 2–5 business days
• Other areas nationwide: 3–7 business days
Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and are provided as guidelines only.
While Court Collective strives to meet these delivery estimates, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.
Tracking Information
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress using the tracking information provided.
Delivery Delays
Court Collective shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Courier delays
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Peak seasonal demand
• Industrial action
• Load shedding
• Infrastructure disruptions
• Civil unrest
• Incorrect customer information
Delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Court Collective will not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
If an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or failure to respond to courier communications, Court Collective reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for any subsequent delivery attempt.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is believed to be lost during transit, customers must notify Court Collective as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.
Claims for lost parcels will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Delivered Parcels
Once tracking records indicate that an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, Court Collective shall not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that deliveries can be received at a secure location.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, Court Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from shipping delays, failed deliveries, or courier-related issues.
Court Collective’s total liability shall in all cases be limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the product concerned.
